The Centre for Immigrant and Community Services (CICS) successfully conducted the 2026 CICS Community Raffle Draw at its Immigrant Resource Centre (IRC), marking the conclusion of this year’s community fundraising campaign in support of the CICS Community Food Program.
The draw was held in the presence of CICS Board members, senior leadership, staff, volunteers, donors, and community supporters. Using a licensed raffle drum, winning tickets were randomly selected in accordance with the approved Rules of Play under the City of Toronto lottery licence, ensuring a fair and transparent draw process.
Proceeds from the raffle will directly support the CICS Community Food Program, which provides nutritious food assistance to more than 200 individuals and families each week. Funds raised will help purchase food, sustain food distribution operations, and support newcomers and vulnerable community members experiencing food insecurity.
CICS extends its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who made this year’s raffle a success, including ticket purchasers, donors, volunteers, Board members, staff, and community partners. Their generosity and commitment have helped strengthen food security and ensure that families in need continue to receive essential support.
The official list of winning ticket numbers is available at www.cicsraffle.ca. Prize winners will be contacted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the raffle’s Rules of Play.
As demand for food assistance continues to grow, CICS remains committed to supporting newcomers and vulnerable community members through programs that address immediate needs while fostering long-term community well-being. The success of the 2026 Community Raffle reflects the power of community generosity and collective action in making a meaningful difference.
