Consulate General of India, Toronto Announces November 2025 Consular Camps for Life Certificates

Application Requirements: Applicants must appear in person and present the following:

• Two copies of the completed Life Certificate application form
• Valid original Indian passport, Canadian passport, or OCI card
• Photocopies of the first and last pages of the submitted document(s)

Key Notes:

• No fee will be charged for Life Certificate issuance
• In exceptional medical cases, a video call with the applicant may be arranged for verification
