Prime Minister conveys best wishes on occasion of Navratri

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has conveyed his best wishes on the occasion of Navratri. 

 The Prime Minister posted on X: 

“Wishing all the countrymen a very happy Navratri. May this holy festival dedicated to Shakti-Vandana prove auspicious for everyone, this is the wish. Jai Mata Di!”

Navratri, the festival dedicated to Goddess Durga is and people celebrate these nine long days with immense devotion and dedicated. This time, Shardiya Navratri is starting from today, October 3, 2024 and it will culminate with Dussehra i.e., on October 12, 2024.
Devotees celebrate Navratri by wearing colourful clothes during these 9 long days and colours holds a great religious significance and symbolism during Navratri festival.
